They were easily lured into fatal ambushes by a virgin with some potchers waiting for the unicorn in nearby bushes. A unicorn's horn was a highly prised possesion, which was reputed to have great healing capabilities. With the touch of its horn, a unicorn could bring back a person who had been dead for several hours. But when disattached from the unicorn's body, the magic was suggnificantly reduced and could only protect against poison. The unicorn had the body of a horse, a unique spirling horn, and a lion's tail. They were pure white in c

You can use the light-year, which equals about six million-million earth miles!! Astronomers estimate that the diameter, or the length of a line drawn straight through the middle, of the "Big Wheel" is about 100,000 light years.

An interesting analysis of the lifetime of an average person, which appeared in an issue of the Ladies' Home Journal, revealed the following:
-6 years spent in eating
-11 years in working
-5 1/2 years in washing and dressing
-3 years in education
-8 years in amusement
-6 years in walking
-3 years in reading
-3 years in conversation
- 24 years in sleeping
-and just 6 months in worshiping God.
hmm.. hindi ko alam kung applicable sa mga pinoy pero.. close enough.

2 HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS
I was riding a jeep bound for Cubao on a hot monday afternoon. I was there not minding anything, just enjoying my ride while looking out on the tiny space jeepney windows make. I wasn't aware that there were 2 highschool girls wearing white blouses and navy blue skirts inside the jeepney for they were quiet, almost not talking to each other as the ride went by. UNTIL, one of them "pulled the string" to stop and get down from the jeep.
(NOTE: the next few moments of this incident was such an amazement for me that all of my senses were stimulated to focus on it, recording every bit of information as it went by. Ergo, from hereon I shall do my best in narrating with pinpoint accuracy)

Distance of Girl 1 from Girl 2: ~3inches
Girl 1 pulls string. jeepney stops. She stands up and nudges Girl 2. Girl 2 holds a handkerchief covering her nose and mouth from dust and smoke from the raod.
They Giggle in a high school kinda way
Girl 1: " bye! "
Timer: 00:00:02 seconds
Distance of Girl 1 from Girl 2: 1 ft.
Girl 1 makes one step towards the end of the jeep hands clutching blue bag and a couple of books and notebooks. Girl 2 stays seated and looks at Girl 1. Girl 1 begins to speak in a loud, palengkera-like voice, high-pitched and glass breaking.
Girl 1: " Hoy! wag mong kakalimutan sabihin kay (girl name i forgot or i barely heard) yung sinabi ni Bryan tungkol sa kanya "
Girl 2 uncovers her mouth a bit and speaks.
Girl 2: " Ayoko nga! ano bang pakialam nila dun sa nagyari kay Katkat??!! sila na lang kumausap "
Girl 2 brings the hanky back on her face as if it was her sole source of oxygen.
Girl 1: " Bastaaaa! kelangan daw agad malaman ni Bryan yung sagot! "
(Note: Their lines overlap.) By this time all other people inside the jeepney have their heads turned to the 2 Highschool Girls.

Distance of Girl 1 from Girl 2: 3 1/2 ft.
Girl 1 descends the small stairs of the jeepny, foot barely touching the road.
Girl 2 uncovers mouth
Girl 2: " Oi yung notebook ko ha ingatan mo ibalik mo yan bukas..."
Girl 2 covers mouth
Girl 1: " HO-O na sabi eh 'tong babaeng 'to napakaarte! "
Timer: 00:00:07.5 seconds
Distance of Girl 1 from Girl 2: 5 ft.
Girl 1 at the sidewalk preparing to cross the raod. Her head turns from right to left. Girl 2 bends over to get a better view of Girl 1 fom the exit.
Girl 2 uncovers mouth
Girl 2: " HOY! ano ba talaga sinabi ni Leo tungkol sa akin?!? "
Girl 1 makes a step, still looking from right to left.
Girl 1: " Mamaya ko na lang sa'yo sasabihin! baka matawa ka lang! "
Jeepney starts to move.
Timer: 00:00:10 seconds
Distance of Girl 1 from Girl 2: 7 1/2 ft.
Girl 2 looks out of the window. she uncovers her mouth.
Girl 2: " bakit ba niya ayaw sabihin sa mukha ko?!? "
Girl 2 covers mouth
Girl 1 is already halfway across the street.
Girl 1: " Mamaya na nga lang!! matatawa ka lang talaga!!!! "
Girl 2 uncovers mouth
Girl 2: " Tatawag na lang ako sa inyo mamaya. "
Girl 2 covers mouth
Girl 1: " Wag na! ako na lang tatawag sa inyo!!"

Distance of Girl 1 from Girl 2: 10 ft.
Jeepney is already on the road slowly gaining speed. Girl 1 is now across the street.
Girl 2 uncovers mouth
Girl 2: " Sigeee! pero kakain muna ako. Gutom na gutom na ako! "
Girl 2 covers mouth
Girl 1: " Ako rin! Mas masarap kakainin ko sa bahay!!!! "
This time Girl 2 leaves her mouth covered (thank heavens) while shouting : " EEEEEEEeeeeehhhhhh!!!!!!! "
Girl 1: " NYAAAAAAAAaaaaaa!!!! "
by this time they were already ~15-20 ft away from each other.
When Girl 1 was already out of sight Girl 2 composes herself quietly still holding the hanky up her mouth. She now becomes the timid shy-looking high school girl a few moments ago.
Amazing.....
Kinda reminds me of The VECINO SISTERS. hahaha
